Job Title: Farm Hand (Chaser Bin Driver)
Location: Pingaring, Western Australia (approximately 330km east of Perth)
Employment Type: Seasonal – starting October 2025 (possibility of extension)
Salary: Competitive rates based on experience

About the Employer

Triagen Farms is a family-owned farming operation managing a 7,000-hectare cropping program and a 100-head herd of Angus cattle. The farm runs on modern machinery and up-to-date technology, focused on efficiency and sustainable agricultural practices.

Position Summary

Seeking two Farm Hands / Chaser Bin Drivers to assist during the 2025 harvest season. The role requires reliability, motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team during busy harvest periods.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Chaser Bin tractors to transport grain from harvester to storage

  • Perform basic maintenance on farming equipment

  • Assist with upkeep of farm facilities and maintain cleanliness

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a farming environment is preferred

  • Skilled in operating tractors and farm machinery

  • Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
